When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We may also store the page you joined from, the referring page, and campaign tags in the link. We do not store your IP address in the waitlist database.

We use this information to manage early access, send product updates you requested, and understand which launch campaigns are useful. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist.

Waitlist data is processed using Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell your email or share it with advertisers. Service providers may process data only to operate the site and waitlist for us.

We keep your waitlist record until access opens or you ask us to delete it. We may retain a minimal suppression record when necessary to respect an unsubscribe request.

You can withdraw consent or request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing hello@bytesforai.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this notice as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
